The 11th EUROFOODWATER Conference on Water in Food is organisedat Timişoara from 6 to 8 May 2020.
This will be the eleventh Conference in a series of workshops and conferences held in Ispra, Italy - 2000, Reims, France - 2002, Lausanne, Switzerland - 2004, Brussels, Belgium, 2006, Nürtingen, Germany – 2008, Reims, France – 2010, Helsinki, Finland – 2012, Timişoara, Romania – 2014, Leuven, Belgium – 2016, and Prague, Czech Republic - 2018 (Books of Abstracts of these workshops and conferences are available on webpage (http://www.eurofoodwater.eu/english/programme.php) This conference has become a regular event among technical meetings for engineers and scientists working in the fields of water structure and interactions in food and biological systems, water activity and the shelf life of food products as well as the water analysis and identification of food.
This 11th International Conference on Water in Food will be held at the Senate Hall of the Polytechnic University of Timişoara, which is located in the city centre of Timişoara. Registration and get-together party start the conference in the evening of the 6th of May in the “Timişoara” Hotel (very close to the university). The official opening of the conference is scheduled for 8:30 on 7th of May and the closing of the conference is scheduled for the afternoon of the 8th of May.
