The 8th International Conference on Water in Food is organised at TIMIŞOARA from 25 to 27 May 2014.
This will be the eighth Conference in a series of workshops and conferences held in Ispra, Italy - 2000, Reims, France - 2002, Lausanne, Switzerland - 2004, Brussels, Belgium, 2006, Nürtingen, Germany – 2008, Reims, France – 2010, and Helsinki, Finland - 2012 (Books of Abstracts of these workshops and conferences are available on webpage http://www.eurofoodwater.eu/english/programme.php). This conference has become a regular event among technical meetings for engineers and scientists working in the fields of water determination, water activity and water interactions with biological molecules.
This 8th International Conference on Water in Food will be held at the Senate Hall of the “Politehnica” University of TIMIŞOARA, which is located in the city centre of TIMIŞOARA. Registration and get-together party start the conference in the evening of on the 25th of May in the “TIMIŞOARA” Hotel (very close to the university). The official opening of the conference is scheduled for 8:30 on 26th of May and the closing of the conference is scheduled for the afternoon of the 27th of May.
